Flying Horse Farms provides transformative camp experiences for children with serious illnesses. Located on 200 acres in Mt. Gilead, Ohio, the camp hosts hundreds of children and families each year—free of charge. As a nonprofit organization, the camp releases a quarterly newsletter informing donors of all activities that are happening at the camp and to remind them of the impact of donations.

As FHF's independent "agency of record", TLCreates designs and develops all print collateral for the camp including newsletters, annual report, and camp signage.

As the united voice of Ohio’s hospitals, the Ohio Hospital Association leverages data and expertise to be the leader in influencing health policy, driving quality improvement initiatives and advocating for economic sustainability to serve our diverse membership. Our mission is to collaborate with member hospitals and health systems to ensure a healthy Ohio.

TLCreates partners with OHA to design and develop all types of marketing and promotional materials — signs, brochures, white papers, digital advertising — the works.

TLCreates partners with Kentucky Fried Chicken's corporate marketing team to design and develop menu collateral (including POS signage, menu boards, window clings, and out-of-home billboards) for it's restaurants and marketing initiatives that are implemented from coast to coast.

For over 8 years, TLCreates partnered with Middle West Spirits to develop and evolve its brand. All print collateral including bottle labels, sales materials, shelf takers, POS merchandising, advertising, environmental graphics and the like came across my desk for development.

I worked hand-in-hand with the marketing team at Food Network in New York City to design and develop this “About Food Network” leave-behind brochure that is used by FN’s new business team as they scout, recruit, and develop partnerships with well-known brands across an array of categories including food, beverage, technology, and home decor (to name a few.)

Additionally, in partnership with Food Network, I single-handedly designed and oversaw production of all of Food Network's stadium concessions ventures across the country. From MetLife Stadium in New Jersey to PetCo Park in San Diego, I designed, produced, and oversaw installation of custom graphics and menus in 19 professional sports arenas including private, VIP suites and general admissions concessions.

Yes, that Estefan. It's no secret that I am one of the biggest Gloria Estefan fans in the world. (literally.) Through my years of fandom I've been fortunate to befriend the Estefans. Gloria’s fan club folks asked me collect, organize, and design a book containing personal messages and photos from fans around the world as a birthday gift for Gloria. Fun!!

I also recreated (vectorized) the cover art from the 1978 album "Miami Sound Machine" for Estefan Enterprises so that it could be printed on t-shirts and sold at NYC's Marquis Theater during the run of the hit Broadway musical ON YOUR FEET! After a 2-year stint on Broadway and 2 years touring the USA, the musical is opening in London’s West End for an extended showing in June 2019. (and my shirts are available for purchase there, too.)

Ologie is an award-winning branding agency that specializes in higher education marketing. (I spent 12-years as a full time employee of the agency.) Ologie produces quarterly, oversized case study magazines and mails them to its 11,000+ mailing list in an effort to maintain top-of-mind awareness in higher education marketing. I was responsible for leading the effort from start to finish — including design, production, and distribution.

TLCreates has partnered with The Women's Fund of Central Ohio on many design projects including the conceptual design and all promotional materials for the Fund's largest annual fundraising event— Keyholder. In 2017, the celebration features Billie Jean King and Lisa Ling, and it's marketing touch points and collateral will reach over 1M people. Everything—from cocktail napkins to billboards throughout the central Ohio area will have been designed by, TLCreates. An honor, indeed.

Additionally, TLCreates continues to support the Women's Fund with production of its quarterly, oversized IMPACT Report newsletter. Along with designs for pop-up banners, direct mail pieces, and brochures.

The Adam Carolla Show holds the Guinness World Record for most downloaded podcast. (Google it.) Gina Grad and Teresa Strasser have been Adam’s sidekicks from the start. When they decided to host their own podcast (in addition to Adam’s), I volunteered to design a logo for them. (I’m a big, big fan.) By giving a knod and wink to some classic “easy listening” albums, the logo reflects the tongue-in-cheek character of the podcast. You can subscribe to Easy Listening wherever you get your pods. (It’s hilarious and insightful. Just do it.)

For several years I designed, organized, and art-directed all content for IMAGE magazine, the quarterly alumni magazine that is produced by Columbus College of Art and Design. 

This assignment was done during my tenure at Ologie.

When Edward Jones' newest financial advisor, Greg Zunkiewicz was opening his brand new office in Clintonville, he asked me to design announcement postcards and advertisements to let people know about his grand opening celebration. (While sticking with Edward Jones strict corporate brand guidelines.) Since then, we've continued partnering for all of the agencies advertising needs.

Long before the Hilton Columbus Downtown opened its doors in 2012, I partnered with it's 160-seat restaurant — Gallerie Bar & Bistro — to develop it's visual and verbal identity and personality. Working closely with Hilton's corporate marketing teams, I successfully continue to evolve and update all of Gallerie's promotional collateral, including print and digital ads, and restaurant menus.

To celebrate gay pride in the city, the Hilton Columbus Downtown asked me to create advertisements that showcased its support of the local LGBT community and promoted the beautiful hotel as a gay-friendly wedding destination.

The Jefferson Center for Learning and the Arts needed a suite of materials to promote and celebrate it's 40th anniversary in the community. I produced a packet of brightly colored party invitations along with several signs and banners that lined the streets of this historic block.

I partnered with AIDS Resource Center of Ohio to design all of the promotional materials for ART FOR LIFE 2014. Art for Life is ARC Ohio's longest running, biennial fundraising gala. The event raised $514,000 in 2014 — thanks in part to all of the collateral, ads, invitations, and banners that were accompanied by the event's program — all designed be me.

When the Short North's (Columbus, OH) ultra-trendy cocktail lounge Mouton needed its menu refreshed, they called TLCreates, of course. The result: a classic and fresh multi-page menu that is easily readable and distinctively its own.

TLCreates partners with Plentiful LLC, a fundraising advisory and consulting firm, to develop and extend its brand across all forms of media — print materials, digital presentations, website development — the works. As Plentiful's primary design resource, we work collectively to improve the fundraising efforts of several not-for-profit organizations — ultimately improving quality of life for countless individuals and society as a whole.

Quiet Revolution LLC was founded by Susan Cain, the author of the award-winning New York Times bestseller Quiet: The Power of Introverts in A World That Can’t Stop Talking. Her record-smashing TED talk has been viewed over 12 million times, and was named by Bill Gates as one of his all-time favorite talks. TLCreates partnered with Quiet Revolution to develop a series of digital presentations and training materials to help further the company's mission and potential partnerships, as well as educating corporations about the "quiet movement."

When former Tween Brands CEO Michael Rayden threw a party, he REALLY threw a party. I partnered with Tween brands to design several custom-printed invitations for VIP events, specifically hosted by Rayden.

AP award-winning journalist and Dayton.com (Ohio) columnist Amelia Robinson loves to wear heart-shaped sunglasses. She is also the Gem City’s official queen of ‘what to see and what to do in Dayton.’ When Amelia launched the What Had Happened Was podcast in 2018, she needed a logo that would not only look professional, but represent her fun-loving personality. Mission accomplished with over 1,000,000 downloads — and counting.
